Yuva Arumugam

Yuva Arumugam is the Contracts Manager for the UK and Ireland at Cashel Travel. He is responsible for negotiating rates and conditions with hotels, venues, and service providers, securing the commercial framework that underpins Cashel Travel’s group, MICE, and FIT programmes. 
Yuva brings significant experience in sales, contracting, and supplier relations within the travel and hospitality sector. In addition to his role at Cashel Travel, he has held senior commercial positions with other travel businesses, giving him a broad perspective on both buyer and supplier priorities. 


Background 
Active in the wider inbound tourism community, Yuva has participated in trade associations and industry events, including standing for the UKinbound Board of Directors. His work focuses on building sustainable, long-term partnerships and ensuring that Cashel Travel’s contracts support high-quality, value-driven programmes for clients.
