Michael Rivers is the Senior Proposals & Design Lead at Cashel Travel. He is responsible for designing creative, visually engaging proposals and itineraries for incentive programmes, conferences, group tours, and tailor-made trips across Scotland, England, Wales, and Ireland. 
Drawing on strong destination knowledge and a design-focused approach, Michael turns client briefs into clear, compelling programme concepts. His work supports Cashel Travel’s sales and operations teams by ensuring that complex itineraries are presented in a way that is both easy to understand and inspiring for international clients.
