James Aitken

James Aitken is the CEO of Cashel Travel which includes Cashel Travel, Cashel Representation, and Great British Trips. A leading figure in the UK and Irish travel industry, he brings more than 40 years of experience in MICE travel (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), luxury tourism, and experiential group events.

Since acquiring Cashel Travel in 2001, James has grown its travel experiences across Scotland, England, Wales, and Ireland. In addition to his role at Cashel Travel Group, James is a Director of Alainn Tours and serves on the advisory board of TripCreator. He previously held the position of Chairman of UKinbound, representing and promoting the UK’s inbound tourism industry.
