Cashel Travel Ltd was founded in 2000, in Ireland, by James Aitken with Marta Kucharczyk joining forces in 2003.  The company was created as an independent family run business and this is how it remains today.  Our Head Office was relocated to Edinburgh in 2007 and we now have offices in Manchester and London.

James has 30+ years experience in the travel industry with focus on the UK & Ireland.  He is currently Chair of UK Inbound and throughout time he has been involved in VisitScotland travel trade and business tourism steering group.

Marta, prior to her extensive experience in travel, worked as a lecturer in Poland in Polish literature.  Marta oversees the operations department with a focus on developing new markets such as Mexico and China.

The team at Cashel consists of 30+ multi-lingual travel experts from across the UK, Europe and North America.
